Mask wearing in the office is optional. If the appointment is for a patient <18 years old, please request the appointment for yourself and list “for (child’s name)”.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
If Dr. Blyskal has planned out of office time, she lists it here and emails all patients prior to departing.
If you do not receive a confirmation email from Patient Fusion, please first review your spam filter, then call the office if it is not there.
Dr. Blyskal is available by cell phone, emailing and texting 7 days per week. She performs home visits for an additional fee provided everyone in the home has received at least 1 COVID vaccination. She takes 4-6 weeks away from the office per year for conference and vacation. All patients are emailed and the website is updated 1 week prior to her departure. She will specify whether she is still available for remote consultation or has hired another board-certified family medicine physician to carry her phone.
