Guided Meditation: A Wonderful Way to Wind Down Your Weekend

Join us for a unique meditation experience.  Our certified teacher Marisa will present a brief introduction and then guide us during a 30 minute meditation.  Beginners are welcome.  We will supply mats and cushions.  Please wear comfortable pants and try not to eat a large meal beforehand.  RSVP is required – please contact Dr. Blyskal by 12noon on Sunday 5/22 if you wish to attend.
