Guided Meditation: A Wonderful Way to Wind Down Your Weekend

Join us for a very unique meditation experience. You will be guided by ambient, atmospheric Tibetan singing bowl tones by Kristin Jaworowski, RYT-200. Beginners are welcome. We will supply mats and cushions. Please wear comfortable pants and try not to eat a large meal beforehand. RSVP is required – please contact Dr. Blyskal by 12noon on Sunday 3/16 if you plan to attend so we can prepare the meditation room accordingly.
